- TradingSerene does not provide market analysis, market predictions, investment advice, or financial advice.
- TradingSerene monitors rules and guardrails configured by the user.
Protection limitations

- Guardrails and Intervention cannot guarantee that an entry will be blocked, a position will be closed, mistakes will be prevented, or losses will be avoided.
- Account reviews, Insights, and milestones are protection records, not trading-performance claims.
Technology limitations
- Alerts can be delayed or missed due to Telegram delay, internet outage, server outage, browser issues, or notification settings.
- Monitoring can stop if MT5 or cTrader is closed, the EA or bot is disabled, platform communication fails, or the broker or platform connection is interrupted.
- Market gaps, slippage, platform errors, symbol restrictions, and broker rejection can affect any automated action.
Intervention limitations
- Supported Intervention acts only for user-enabled Guardrails and may reject a proposed entry or request closure of a position.
- TradingSerene does not originate positions, choose a strategy, or modify stop-loss or take-profit settings on your behalf.
- Execution is not guaranteed and may fail, be delayed, or occur at an unexpected price.
- Intervention does not eliminate trading risk and should be tested carefully.
