Intervention Disclaimer
Intervention is an optional, user-enabled safeguard. It does not guarantee that an entry will be blocked, a position will be closed, or a loss will be avoided.
Optional feature
- Guardrails can remain in Alerts-only mode.
- Supported Intervention acts only for Guardrails where you enable it.
- TradingSerene does not originate trades, choose a strategy, or modify stop-loss or take-profit settings on your behalf.
Required conditions
- The TradingSerene MT5 EA or cTrader bot must be installed, running, authenticated, and connected.
- The relevant trading platform must be running and able to communicate with TradingSerene.
- Your broker and platform must accept any supported block or close action.
Why Intervention may fail or differ from expectations
- An entry block or close request may fail because of timing, liquidity, market closure, broker rejection, platform rules, symbol restrictions, internet issues, server outages, adapter errors, slippage, or market gaps.
- A close request may be delayed or execute at a different price than expected.
- TradingSerene does not guarantee execution, timing, price, loss prevention, or account outcome.
Your responsibility
- You remain responsible for your trading decisions and account monitoring.
- Test Intervention on a demo account or very small size before relying on it.
- Do not enable Intervention unless you understand its limitations and your broker and platform behavior.
