Billing Policy

Product and prices

• TradingSerene is one paid product available for $39 per month or $390 per year.
• The annual subscription includes the equivalent of two months free compared with twelve monthly payments.
• Prices are charged at the start of each paid billing period.

Seven-day trial

• New accounts receive a seven-day trial, beginning when the account is created.
• No card or payment is required to start the trial.
• After seven days, live Protection, Alerts, Insights, new Contracts, and Intervention pause until a subscription is active.
• Saved Guardrails, Contracts, and account history remain available while the account remains active.

Starting and renewing a subscription

• A paid subscription begins when checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.
• Monthly subscriptions renew monthly and annual subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before renewal.
• Checkout availability currently depends on completion of our payment provider integration. Until checkout is enabled, the site will not collect subscription payment.

Cancellation

• Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal.
• Cancelling does not end access immediately. Paid access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for.
• After that paid period ends, live protection capabilities become inactive; saved Guardrails, Contracts, and account history remain available while the account remains active.

Refunds

• Subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Cancellation does not create a full or prorated refund for the current billing period.
• Cancelling prevents future renewal while preserving access through the current paid period.
